Terms of service
Effective from 24 July 2026.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by PB Devs — Filip Piątek (Poland), hereinafter “we”. Contact: support@pbdevs.com. “CartBot” means the AI sales assistant embedded on the client’s website together with the operator panel.
2. What the service covers
We provide an AI assistant that answers your customers’ questions based on your product catalogue and the content of your website, presents product cards, adds items to the cart, collects leads and booking requests, and reports the results in a panel. The exact scope, integrations and limits are set out in the individual offer accepted by the client.
3. Entering into the contract
The website does not sell the service directly. Submitting the quote form or writing to us is an inquiry, not an order. The contract is concluded once the parties agree on the scope and the fee — in writing or by e-mail.
4. Technical requirements
To use the service you need a website on which our script can be embedded, a current browser with JavaScript enabled, and — depending on the integration — access to the product catalogue (a feed, a file or the store’s API).
5. Fees and billing
The service is paid. The amount, the billing period and what counts towards any usage limits are stated in the individual offer. Invoices are issued for each billing period. Costs of the AI models used to serve conversations are covered by the fee, unless the offer states otherwise.
6. Term and termination
Unless the offer states otherwise, the contract runs for an indefinite period and either party may terminate it at the end of a billing period. On termination we stop serving the assistant and, at the client’s request, delete the conversation data.
7. Client’s responsibilities
The client provides accurate catalogue and website content and holds the rights to it. The client is responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability and delivery terms published in their own store. It is not allowed to use the service for unlawful content or to attempt to circumvent its limits.
8. Liability and the nature of AI
The assistant generates answers from the data provided and, like any language model, may occasionally answer imprecisely. We do not guarantee any specific sales results. We are liable for damage caused by our fault, up to the fees paid in the three billing periods preceding the event. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service continuously available and carry out planned maintenance outside peak hours where possible. Breaks caused by force majeure or by failures of third-party providers (hosting, AI models) are not treated as a breach of these terms.
10. Complaints
Please send complaints to support@pbdevs.com, describing the problem and when it occurred. We reply within 14 days.
11. Personal data
We process personal data as described in the privacy policy. Where we process data on the client’s behalf (conversations with their customers), a data processing agreement is concluded together with the contract.
12. Changes and final provisions
We may amend these terms for important reasons (changes in the law or in the scope of the service), informing clients at least 14 days in advance. Polish law applies. Disputes with clients who are not consumers are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over our registered office.
