Privacy policy

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is PB Devs — Filip Piątek (Poland). Contact: support@pbdevs.com.
2. What we collect
Quote form: your website address, e-mail and an optional message. Chat with the assistant: the content of the conversation and any contact details you choose to share (name, e-mail, phone). Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, time, requested resource) kept for security.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract), to operate and secure the service (art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest) and to keep anonymous, cookie-less usage statistics.
4. Recipients
Data is processed on servers in the EU. Conversation content is passed to AI model providers solely to generate the assistant’s replies. E-mail notifications are delivered through our mailing service. We do not sell data to anyone.
5. Retention
Inquiries and leads — until handled and for the period needed to establish cooperation; conversations — up to 12 months; server logs — up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (PUODO). Write to support@pbdevs.com.
7. Cookies
We use only technical cookies: the chat session identifier and your language choice. Usage statistics are collected without cookies — that is why there is no consent banner here.
