Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. What we collect
Quote form: your website address, e-mail and an optional message. Chat with the assistant: the content of the conversation, any contact details you choose to share (name, e-mail, phone), and the address and title of the page you are chatting from — the assistant uses them to answer in the context of the page you are viewing. Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, time, requested resource) kept for security.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract), to operate and secure the service (art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest) and to keep anonymous, cookie-less usage statistics. With your separate consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given in the cookie banner, we also use marketing cookies — the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) for ad measurement and remarketing. 4. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Our infrastructure (servers and database) is located in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Finland). Conversation content is passed — solely to generate the assistant’s replies — to an AI model provider: OpenAI, and depending on configuration also Google or Anthropic. These are US companies, which means data is transferred outside the EEA — based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework), supplemented by standard contractual clauses. The conversation is handled by an automated AI system (the assistant is clearly labelled in the chat window); the assistant does not make decisions producing legal effects concerning you. E-mail notifications are delivered through our own mailing service. We do not sell data to anyone.
5. Retention
Inquiries and leads — up to 12 months; conversation transcripts — up to 60 days; answer ratings — up to 180 days; anonymised usage data (no conversation content) — up to 13 months; server logs — up to 90 days. After these periods data is deleted automatically.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (PUODO). Write to support@pbdevs.com.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use only technical mechanisms necessary for the service to work: a cookie with the chat session identifier (up to 30 days), a cookie remembering your language choice (up to 12 months), a session cookie after logging into the panel, and the browser’s local storage (localStorage), where the assistant keeps the continuity of your conversation. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and usage statistics are collected without cookies — that is why there is no consent banner here.
